Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

Director of Financial Planning, a full-time position responsible for leading forecasting, planning, and performance analytics across the business, owning the full P&L view, and partnering with the executive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the company's financial plan, including annual operating plan and quarterly reforecasts
• Apply AI and automation to enhance forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting
• Lead and develop the FP&A team while serving as a senior partner to the executive team

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated experience with AI tools in finance, including forecasting and anomaly detection
• Full P&L ownership experience in a software or technology business
• Proficiency with Workday, Adaptive Planning, and Tableau
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
