Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare services organization, the remote Director of Financial Planning will lead the financial planning and reporting processes, including forecasting, KPI development, and data alignment, while collaborating with operations leadership and managing the annual budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the company's forecasting engine and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts
• Own the private equity reporting package and collaborate with the CFO on board and lender reporting
• Drive data mapping and alignment across ERP, HRIS, and claims management systems for accurate reporting

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in healthcare services
• Prior private equity experience is highly desirable
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Demonstrated ability to build structure in complex data environments
• Experience with Power BI and familiarity with ERP/HRIS integrations is preferred
