Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the part-time Director of Financial Planning will prepare and present financial analyses, oversee budgeting processes, and provide strategic guidance to senior management in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepares and presents financial analyses and forecasts to senior management for critical decision-making
• Leads the annual budgeting process and monitors financial performance against strategic plans
• Directs financial analysis for new growth opportunities and provides guidance on financial performance and risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 10 years of finance-related experience, preferably in healthcare
• Master's degree in Business Administration preferred
• CPA or CMA preferred
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis in a multi-state enterprise preferred
