Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

Driving financial planning and analysis, the full-time remote Director of Financial Planning will manage cash management, operational performance analysis, and provide data-driven insights to enhance financial visibility and support organizational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget and quarterly reforecast processes while analyzing financial results and KPIs to identify trends
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to assess impacts on growth, and prepare financial packages for executive leadership
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing FP&A team, ensuring alignment between finance and business units

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A and treasury functions
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical experience
• Experience leading and developing finance teams
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling methodologies
