Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

Leading financial strategy initiatives, the full-time Director of Financial Planning will manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities while collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Develop financial models to support growth initiatives and strategic investments
• Prepare and present executive dashboards, KPIs, and variance analysis to inform decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred)
• 8-12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance
• Experience in consumer products, health & wellness, or supplements strongly preferred
• Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
