Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

Leading the financial planning and analysis function, the remote Director of Financial Planning will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team, and develop financial forecasts and budgets while collaborating with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the financial planning and analysis operations, including budgeting and forecasting processes
• Develop monthly forecasts and long-term financial plans while tracking key performance indicators
• Partner with senior leadership to translate financial analysis into actionable business strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in FP&A or corporate finance
• Proven experience in building operating models and managing annual budgets
• Experience presenting financial results to executives and investors
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred
