Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time salaried Director of Financial Planning will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, partnering closely with senior leadership in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and planning process, developing monthly forecasts for revenue, expenses, and profitability
• Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making and evaluate business initiatives
• Recruit, mentor, and develop FP&A team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration; professional designation preferred (CPA, CFA, MBA)
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years in financial leadership
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business analysis
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions and corporate development
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
