Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time remote Director of Financial Planning will prepare analyses and forecasts, advise on financial performance, and lead the FP&A team in developing strategic plans and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepares and presents financial analyses and forecasts to senior management to support critical business decisions
• Leads the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts while ensuring accuracy in financial projections for new contracts
• Provides senior-level direction on financial analysis for new growth opportunities and supports M&A financial evaluations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master's degree in Business Administration preferred
• 10 years of finance-related experience, preferably in healthcare
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP principles and experience with NetSuite ERP/EPBCS reporting system preferred
• Strong analytical skills with advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with multi-state enterprises and partnerships preferred
