Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

To support strategic financial leadership, the full-time Director of Financial Planning will manage company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, while collaborating with executive leadership to align financial strategy with growth objectives in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization
• Own the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and board reporting, including cash flow modeling and profitability analysis
• Embed AI-driven analytics into financial processes to enable data-informed decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in financial modeling and planning
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue drivers in a software business
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA or CFA candidate preferred
• Experience with financial planning tools and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Proficiency in managing external auditors and audit-related work
