Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

Leading the financial planning and analysis function, the full-time remote Director of Financial Planning will manage strategic planning, financial modeling, and management reporting while collaborating with department heads and mentoring a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and long-range strategic planning processes
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and M&A opportunities
• Prepare executive dashboards and board presentations highlighting key performance indicators

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, including strategic planning and budgeting
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and management reporting
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage operating expenses
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and mentor a high-performing FP&A team
• Familiarity with financial planning systems, such as Netsuite integrations
