Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the remote Director of Financial Planning will manage financial analyses, forecasts, and strategic recommendations while leading the FP&A team in a part-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Prepares and presents financial analyses and forecasts to senior management to support critical business decisions
• Leads the annual budgeting process and rolling forecast cycles while monitoring financial performance against strategic plans
• Provides senior-level direction on financial modeling for new growth opportunities and advises on managed care contracting analyses

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master's degree in Business Administration preferred
• 10 years of finance-related experience, preferably in healthcare
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP principles; CPA or CMA preferred
• Experience with NetSuite ERP/EPBCS reporting system preferred
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
