Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

Leading financial analysis initiatives, the full-time Director of Financial Planning will develop forecasting models, supervise direct reports, and ensure robust financial support for business operations in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Excel models to analyze product-level profitability and trends
• Lead the annual budget process and provide analysis of current year results
• Analyze potential acquisition opportunities and report on margin trends by therapy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in financial planning and analysis
• Experience with budgeting, income statement analysis, and forecasting
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience building complex models and mining data using Excel
