Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

To support a fast-scaling, AI-first healthcare technology company, the full-time remote Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will build and own financial models and analyses that inform executive decision-making, focusing on budgeting automation, strategic forecasting, and M&A support.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign and automate the budgeting and forecasting process, selecting and implementing FP&A tools
• Lead corporate-wide financial planning and long-range forecasting, including scenario modeling across diverse revenue streams
• Support fundraising and M&A activities by developing financial materials and conducting diligence modeling

Required qualifications

• 6-10+ years of finance experience in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, or specialty/credit lending
• Advanced financial modeling skills, capable of building complex models under time pressure
• Experience in automating budgeting and forecasting processes using AI tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Proven ability to quickly learn new domains and adapt to complex business models
