Director of Financial Planning
Job Summary
Seeking a remote Director of Financial Planning, this full-time position will manage forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning for multiple business units while collaborating with senior leaders to evaluate strategic decisions and improve financial processes.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a thought partner to senior management, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends
- Develop and refine ARR/MRR models and own monthly close support and variance analysis
- Translate complex financial data into clear narratives for senior leadership and board discussions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5-8+ years of corporate experience in an FP&A department or similar finance role
- Strong experience supporting subscription-based or recurring revenue businesses
- Experience with Workday Adaptive, NetSuite, Tableau, or similar tools preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong financial modeling capability
