Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

To support a pivotal moment in company growth, the fully remote Director of Financial Planning will manage financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting, collaborating closely with senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget and mid-year budget refresh processes across all functions, ensuring clear ownership of planning dimensions
• Develop and maintain a long-range financial plan that aligns strategic objectives with operating assumptions
• Design and own the monthly management reporting package for internal leadership and quarterly board decks

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
• Experience in a SaaS business with recurring revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, gross margin)
• Experience in a business with a hardware or physical product component, understanding COGS and inventory dynamics
• Startup or high-growth environment experience, comfortable operating without established processes
• Exceptional financial modeling capability and expert level in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
