Director of Financial Planning
Job Summary
Leading financial planning and analysis efforts, the full-time remote Director of Financial Planning will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while providing strategic insights to support the company's growth and compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare periodic operating and project forecasts
- Develop financial models and conduct variance analyses to support strategic and investment decisions
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in accounting, FP&A, or corporate finance
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP or financial reporting systems
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
