Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis - North America Commercial Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the NAM FP&A team to support Retail, eCommerce, and Wholesale channels
• Act as the primary FP&A business partner for North America Commercial Leaders, managing budget and reforecasting cycles
• Own the five-year sales plan for North America, articulating key growth drivers and investment needs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a finance leader in the retail industry
• University degree in Commerce or Business Administration, along with CPA or MBA
• Exceptional analytical and modeling skills with expert knowledge of financial statements
• International business experience is preferred
• Proven ability to drive projects across an organization
