Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team, setting expectations and promoting accountability
• Own the financial planning calendar and implement scalable FP&A processes aligned with public-company standards
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and producing executive-ready reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or advanced finance certification preferred
• 8-10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking, primarily in financial services
• Experience building or transforming FP&A capabilities in a high-growth or public company environment
• Hands-on experience with modern planning tools, preferably Anaplan, and leveraging AI for FP&A enhancements
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
