Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to build the FP&A function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and develop dynamic financial models for revenue, headcount, and operating expenses
• Provide insights on forecasting, capital allocation, and overall business performance to executive leadership
• Prepare board-ready reporting packages and financial dashboards while identifying risks and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance, preferably in high-growth SaaS environments
• Proven ability to build or scale FP&A functions in complex, multi-entity settings
• Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics such as NRR, CAC, and LTV
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or financial planning tools
• Experience working with C-level executives and a proactive, self-starter mindset
