Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the CFO, the full-time Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will lead a high-performing FP&A team, manage all FP&A activities including budgeting and forecasting, and serve as a strategic finance partner to drive financial performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to the CFO and executive leadership team, providing financial insights that support business growth and operational performance
• Lead all FP&A activities, including annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, and variance analysis
• Maintain ownership and oversight of the company's P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, ensuring accurate reporting and actionable financial insights

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; MBA and/or CPA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Demonstrated ownership of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow within a complex business environment
• Experience supporting both corporate finance and manufacturing/site finance functions
• Manufacturing industry experience required; medical device or regulated manufacturing experience is a plus
