Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and analytical Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting efforts in a remote, full-time role, transforming complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial guidance through budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis, including leading business reviews and presenting results to the leadership team
- Manage financial reporting and compliance, ensuring effective internal reporting and financial process controls are in place
- Analyze complex data across business segments to extract insights and support corporate performance and decision-making
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of progressive senior FP&A experience
- Deep finance analysis, modeling, and decision-making capabilities
- Proven leadership skills with a strong understanding of financial accounting and GAAP
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with planning software such as Looker, Salesforce, or Intacct
- Experience in developing and managing financial reporting systems and processes
