Director of Financial Reporting
Job Summary
Leading regulatory and investor reporting initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Financial Reporting will manage compliance activities, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvements within the Accounting & Finance organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee regulatory reporting requirements, including state-level financial statements and disclosures
- Manage investor-related reporting requirements such as servicer's certificates and funding forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting processes and implement best practices
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance within financial services or fintech
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required; active CPA license preferred
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite
- Advanced data analysis and Microsoft Excel skills
