Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Financial Services to lead and innovate within their Financial Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies and key accelerators for customer engagement and onboarding
• Oversee recruitment, staffing, and performance management of consultants while fostering a team-oriented environment
• Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery health and addressing client and project issues effectively

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience in delivery leadership, preferably with Salesforce
• 4+ years of experience managing teams of 20+ individuals nationwide
• 8-10+ years of experience delivering business solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Experience with the Salesforce Go-To Market Channel
• Must have full-time permanent US work authorization
