Director of Financial Services

Job Summary

Driving strategic growth and transformational leadership, the full-time salaried Director of Financial Services will oversee the Financial Services team, manage client relationships, and innovate processes to enhance customer engagement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies and key accelerators for client onboarding and value delivery
• Lead recruitment, staffing, and mentoring of consultants, ensuring alignment with project goals and performance standards
• Oversee project lifecycles, managing scope, budget, and deliverables while addressing client and project issues proactively

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of consulting experience in delivery leadership, preferably with Salesforce
• 4+ years of experience leading teams of 20+ individuals across multiple locations
• 8-10+ years of experience delivering business solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Experience with the Salesforce Go-To Market Channel
• Must have full-time permanent US work authorization
