Job Summary

To drive strategic outsourcing initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Financial Services Solutions will lead the development of comprehensive client proposals, manage critical deliverables for RFP responses, and support contract negotiations while collaborating across various teams to enhance profitability and mitigate risks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of tailored outsourcing solutions for Financial Services clients, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals
• Manage the design and delivery of RFP responses, including financial modeling and risk documentation
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent quality and effective operational handoffs

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in outsourcing and operational roles, with a preference for Integrated Facilities Management knowledge
• Strong commercial pricing familiarity and financial acumen to develop and articulate complex value propositions
• Exceptional listening and presentation skills, adaptable to diverse audiences
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and apply best practices consistently
• Strong analytical skills for benchmarking, estimating, and risk assessment
