Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the core financial systems stack (NetSuite, Pigment, Salesforce) as the primary administrator
• Consolidate systems ownership and reduce dependency on external contractors
• Drive financial operations excellence by identifying process gaps and improving data integrity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in financial systems or finance operations with hands-on technical depth
• Demonstrated experience administering or implementing NetSuite; experience with Pigment and Salesforce preferred
• Proven ability to consolidate systems ownership and build durable internal processes
• Experience in a fast-growing startup or tech environment focused on building systems infrastructure
