Director of Financial Systems

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and technically fluent Director of Financial Management Systems, this full-time remote position will manage the multi-year platform roadmap for FP&A and financial systems, ensuring data integrity and performance while leading a team of analysts and engineers.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the multi-year platform roadmap for FP&A and financial systems aligned with Finance transformation priorities
• Oversee change management and ensure SOX compliance for financial systems, including planning and reporting applications
• Lead and develop a team of systems analysts and data engineers, managing performance and project workload across competing requests

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A systems or financial planning technology, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience with leading FP&A platforms such as Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, or Oracle EPM
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Experience managing data integrations between financial systems and ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle
