Director of Financial Systems

Job Summary

Providing leadership and oversight for the Financial Systems Program Management group, the full-time remote Director of Financial Systems will manage complex technology initiatives that support the company's wealth management platforms, ensuring governance and compliance while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee planning and delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory goals
• Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and effective controls throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to identify risks and support audits, maintaining a current risk and issue register

Required qualifications

• Experience in program and portfolio management, including dependency mapping and risk-register design across multiple technical workstreams
• Knowledge of change governance and SOX/ITGC literacy, capable of building frameworks accepted by Internal Audit
• Proficiency in delivery tooling such as Jira and Confluence at an administrative level
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion, EPM/FCCS, and adjacent finance systems
• Experience directing AI-assisted operations tools for drafting and reporting
