Director of Fintech Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Fintech Compliance to lead the Compliance organization supporting Fintech products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the compliance team supporting Fintech products and oversee product-specific compliance management programs
• Direct the team in establishing compliance management systems and mitigating compliance risks related to products
• Maintain state money transmitter licenses and ensure compliance with associated requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; CRCM preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial laws and regulations, particularly those related to consumer protection and payment processing
• 15+ years of related experience, including 10+ years in compliance, risk, or audit roles at financial institutions
• Experience with fintech frameworks, bank partnerships, and third-party vendor programs
• Familiarity with operational processes and regulations related to banking products
