Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Forward Deployed Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the operational direction of the implementation model
• Manage and coach Managers of Forward Deployed Engineers and Technical Program Managers
• Act as a liaison across GTM, Product, and Engineering to align delivery narratives with executive stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise SaaS delivery, Professional Services, or Forward Deploy models
• 3-5+ years of experience leading managers in a customer-facing engineering organization
• Experience owning delivery outcomes across multiple enterprise accounts
• Strong commercial acumen with comfort operating against financial targets
• Enterprise B2B SaaS experience; insurance experience is a major bonus
