Director of Foundation Partnerships

Job Summary

Managing a high-impact portfolio of institutional funders, the full-time Director of Foundation Partnerships will serve as the primary relationship and grant manager, overseeing proposals, reports, compliance, and day-to-day engagement while collaborating with various teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage a grants portfolio, including drafting proposals and ensuring grant compliance
• Direct prospect pipeline development and coordinate monthly prospect reviews with portfolio managers
• Provide agile support for the Managing Directors' portfolio of complex institutional partners

Required qualifications

• 4 years of fundraising experience, particularly managing institutional partnerships
• Excellent written communication skills for drafting grant proposals and reports
• Strong project management skills and ability to navigate complex systems
• Capacity to build rapport with internal colleagues and funders in a virtual setting
• Agility and adaptability to respond to high-stakes donor requests
