Job Summary
Leading a multimillion-dollar institutional funding portfolio, the full-time salaried Director of Foundations and Grants will manage the entire lifecycle of foundation and government grants, from prospect research to proposal development and stewardship, while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow PHA's foundation and government grants portfolio, targeting over $3M in annual revenue
- Develop and execute a year-round grants strategy to diversify funding sources and build a multi-year partner pipeline
- Write and manage compelling grant proposals and reports that effectively communicate PHA's programmatic impact
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of nonprofit development experience with a proven track record in securing significant grants
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Exceptional grant writing and editing skills, with the ability to create data-backed narratives
- Experience in managing a diversified institutional funding pipeline and cultivating long-term funder relationships
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines effectively
