Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide annual budgeting, operational forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and reporting for executive leadership
• Mentor and develop junior team members while managing team objectives and performance reviews

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a relevant field
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in analyzing financial statements
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and experience with EPM tools, preferably Adaptive Insights
• Prior experience in high-growth technology or SaaS organizations is preferred
• Proven ability to manage and develop junior resources effectively
