Director of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A and Business Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans aligned with organizational objectives
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and performance measurement
• Lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A and Business Intelligence team

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to lead organizations through change and improve business processes
• Expert proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis
• Advanced proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
