Director of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A Forecasting and Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and enhance monthly forecasting and reporting across revenue and operating expenses
• Lead monthly performance reporting, creating executive-ready variance analyses and dashboards
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate functional plans into financial forecasts and targets

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting
• 3+ years of management experience
• Deep experience with forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and financial modeling
• Experience in a high-growth or tech environment preferred
