Job Summary

A company is looking for a FP&A, Director to drive financial planning and analysis in the biotech sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve core financial models, including forecasts and scenario analyses
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate scientific and operational inputs into financial implications
• Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards for R&D spend, portfolio progression, and capital allocation

Required Qualifications

• Deep FP&A experience in biotech, pharma, or R&D-intensive organizations
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets
• 8+ years of industry experience, including 5+ years in financial leadership roles
