Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A planning, forecasting, and performance management processes
• Provide financial insight and decision support to senior leaders for operational and strategic initiatives
• Manage and improve FP&A models, reporting tools, and governance over financial assumptions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields with significant FP&A experience
• Proven ability to influence decisions through financial analysis
• Strong leadership and execution management skills
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
