Director of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FP&A, Director to lead the financial planning and analysis function.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning to align with strategic objectives
• Define and refine SaaS metrics framework and partner with relevant teams to evaluate growth initiatives
• Build executive reporting and drive a culture of accountability and data-informed decision-making across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, particularly in B2B SaaS environments
• Experience in company-level planning and forecasting
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and unit economics
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
