Director of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director - FP&A Private Equity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of services for clients within the Office of the CFO at Private Equity portfolio companies
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of FP&A engagements, including scoping, staffing, client communication, and quality control
• Identify new growth opportunities and contribute to the development of AI-enabled solutions for clients

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior FP&A and/or consulting experience, particularly with middle-market Private Equity owned businesses
• Experience building and mentoring high-performing FP&A teams
• Strong understanding of cash flow dynamics, debt structures, and value creation plans
• Proficiency in leading technology solutions within the Office of the CFO, including ERP and EPM platforms
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, and SQL
