Director of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A to help scale through the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the operating model, annual plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial outlook
• Lead the monthly and quarterly FP&A close rhythm, including variance analysis and coordination with Accounting
• Prepare financial materials for board meetings, investor updates, and fundraising processes

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles, with at least 3-4 years in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
• Experience building or scaling an FP&A function
• Familiarity with AI tools relevant to finance functions
• Prior experience at a data platform, infrastructure, or analytics company is a plus
• Ability to work in ambiguity and iterate quickly
