Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A - Personal Lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and operating expense management across the organization
• Enhance the corporate financial model to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic scenario analysis
• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and financial performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA, CFA, CPA, or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of FP&A or related financial experience within financial services or consumer lending
• Proven expertise in expense forecasting, financial modeling, and operating expense management
• Strong project management abilities with a focus on execution and results
• Advanced analytical and modeling capabilities with the ability to simplify complex data for stakeholders
