Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A for Employer Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead financial advisor to the Employer Solutions leadership team, ensuring accurate commercial deal structures and pricing
  • Collaborate with various FP&A teams to integrate cost-to-serve models and revenue forecasts
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles, providing variance analysis and forecasting for vertical performance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
  • 10+ years in corporate finance, with experience as a Business Unit Finance Lead in a high-growth SaaS or Healthcare company
  • Proven ability to navigate a matrixed organization and influence stakeholders
  • Expert-level financial modeling and experience with modern FP&A tools
  • 5+ years of experience managing high-performing teams and developing future finance leaders
