Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver insightful monthly financial reporting packages and analyze performance metrics
• Serve as a trusted advisor to various leadership teams and support commercial decision-making
• Enhance financial modeling tools and ensure alignment between actuals and forecasts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 8-12+ years of progressive FP&A experience
• Experience in a private equity-backed or performance-driven environment
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Experience in consumer goods, luxury products, or manufacturing
