Director of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A OTR to lead the financial planning and analysis function across its Over-the-Road and Factoring Businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead budget, forecast, and strategic planning processes, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Oversee financial planning functions, providing insights and metrics to drive financial performance
• Lead and develop a team, fostering a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive process improvements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect financial insights to business strategy
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with dashboarding tools preferred
