Job Summary

Leading a three-person FP&A team, the full-time Director of FP&A, GTM Business Partner will manage financial strategies for the Go-To-Market and Services organizations, optimizing customer acquisition and retention while collaborating with Sales and Services leadership in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead integrated GTM and retention modeling to ensure effective business unit planning and support infrastructure as Sales scales
  • Act as the financial lead for Professional Services and Support teams, developing models to maintain healthy Gross Margins
  • Own critical SaaS metrics, partnering with Marketing and Customer Success to optimize customer acquisition costs and net retention rates
Required qualifications
  • 10-15 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Operations, with a focus on Enterprise SaaS
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA from a top-tier business school preferred
  • Deep knowledge of Gross Margin mechanics and Revenue Recognition for software and professional services
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex datasets into executive-ready narratives
