Director of FP&A

Job Summary

To support strategic financial planning, the full-time salaried Director of FP&A will lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, provide financial analysis to senior management, and collaborate closely with various departments while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly/monthly forecasting processes, ensuring deadlines are met
• Analyze actual performance against historical, budgeted, and forecasted results
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive decision-making and provide analytical insights into business performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience in analyzing large and complex data sets
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL; experience with Power BI and Tableau preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple revenue models and work collaboratively across departments
