Director of FP&A

Job Summary

To support a high-growth IT/Managed Services environment, the remote full-time Director of FP&A will build and lead a best-in-class financial planning function, serving as a key business partner to the executive team while driving financial strategy, performance insights, and operational rigor across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive team, delivering data-driven insights that influence key decisions
• Own the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning processes, and monthly/quarterly reporting
• Build, scale, and lead a high-performing FP&A team while establishing best practices and processes across the function

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred)
• 12+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience building and scaling an FP&A function and team in a technology, services, or managed services environment
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting expertise, with full ownership of forecasting, variance analysis, and performance accountability
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and present to the Board
