Director of FP&A

Job Summary

Owning the financial engine of the company, the full-time salaried Director of FP&A will manage the three-statement operating model, oversee revenue and cash forecasting, and drive cross-functional financial planning in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and operate the consolidated three-statement model and manage revenue and cash forecasting processes
• Drive corporate FP&A cadence, ensuring alignment with leadership and accurate forecasting
• Produce board materials and manage sales compensation design in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance in a high-growth setting
• Hands-on experience with planning systems such as Anaplan, Planful, or similar
• Strong AI fluency and experience in building or extending financial tools
• Proven ability to build trust and communicate complex financial concepts to executive teams
• Experience managing teams and contributing as an individual contributor in a remote work environment
