Director of FP&A

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and analytically rigorous Director of FP&A, this full-time remote position will manage financial planning and analysis for the General & Administrative function, serving as the primary finance business partner to leaders in HR, Legal, IT, and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead G&A planning and business partnership, providing financial insights and modeling
• Oversee consolidation and baseline reporting in collaboration with FP&A leads
• Manage business and data KPIs to support Board of Directors and external requirements

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive FP&A or finance business partner experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Prior experience supporting G&A functions in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
• Exceptional financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with EPM/ERP tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
