Director of FP&A

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and analytical Director of FP&A, this full-time remote position will manage financial planning and analysis for the global Value Services organization, partnering closely with the Chief Customer Officer to optimize performance and drive decision-making across various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial partner to the Chief Customer Officer, providing insights and recommendations for business growth and financial targets
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3 FP&A professionals, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability
• Oversee the annual budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly forecasting processes for multiple teams, ensuring precise financial analysis and reporting

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
• Prior experience supporting a SaaS Professional Services organization is required
• Expert-level financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for articulating financial concepts to diverse audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
